Responsibilities
Administer and support Google Cloud Platform environments
Manage Compute Engine, IAM, networking, and storage
Monitor system health, uptime, and performance
Support patching, vulnerability remediation, and security hardening
Handle production incidents, outages, and escalations
Support cloud-hosted applications including data platforms
Qualification
Required
Administer and support Google Cloud Platform environments
Manage Compute Engine, IAM, networking, and storage
Monitor system health, uptime, and performance
Support patching, vulnerability remediation, and security hardening
Handle production incidents, outages, and escalations
Support cloud-hosted applications including data platforms
Experience with Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, or similar tools
Experience working with security vulnerabilities, patching, and compliance
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.)
Experience working with global delivery teams (onshore/offshore)
Ability to document processes, runbooks, and operational procedures
Strong understanding of incident management and change control
Preferred
Experience supporting NiFi or data pipelines on GCP
Knowledge of Terraform or infrastructure-as-code
Experience with Linux system administration
