Accelerator Program & Marketing Coordinator

CO.LAB is a nonprofit startup accelerator and entrepreneurship support organization based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The Accelerator Program & Marketing Coordinator role supports the execution of accelerator programs while contributing to marketing, communications, and event initiatives.

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to the Managing Director in planning and executing accelerator programs
Coordinate program logistics including schedules, calendars, sessions, mentors, speakers, and site visits
Serve as a primary point of contact for founders, ensuring they have the resources, information, and support needed to succeed
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for accelerator cohorts
Maintain accurate program documentation, CRM entries, and reporting materials
Support data collection, program metrics, and grant or funder reporting as needed
Assist founders with logistical needs related to programming, events, travel, and workspace
Coordinate mentor, partner, and investor engagement across accelerator activities
Help cultivate a welcoming, high-touch founder experience throughout the program lifecycle
Support CO.LAB’s marketing efforts related to accelerator programs, events, and ecosystem storytelling
Assist with content creation for newsletters, social media, website updates, and program announcements
Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure consistent branding and messaging
Support program-related press, announcements, and community communications
Assist in planning and executing events including demo days, showcases, workshops, and community gatherings
Manage event logistics such as registration, run of show, materials, vendor coordination, and follow-up
Support CO.LAB’s broader event strategy and execution in partnership with the marketing and programs teams

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
2–4 years of experience in program coordination, operations, marketing, events, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with founders, executives, partners, and community stakeholders

Preferred

Experience with CRM systems, project management tools, and/or marketing platforms is a plus
Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, innovation, or emerging technologies strongly preferred
