Senior Strategic Finance Analyst
Hire Point Recruiting is seeking a Senior Finance Strategy Associate to drive financial planning and strategic decision support across the organization. Responsibilities
Lead financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions, capital allocation, and business planning
Build and refine forecasting frameworks across revenue, cost drivers, margin, and cash flow
Develop dashboards, reporting packages, and performance KPIs for executive and board-level review
Evaluate and support company-wide initiatives including pricing strategy, go-to-market investments, product launches, partnership economics, and operational efficiencies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Go-to-Market, Operations, Accounting, FP&A) to align financial plans with operational execution
Support corporate development efforts such as market sizing, financial diligence, valuation analysis, and investment recommendations
Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization across planning cycles and reporting workflows
Prepare materials for executive leadership, investors, and internal stakeholders to inform strategic decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus)
3–6+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or Management Consulting
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with deep understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow mechanics
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for non-finance stakeholders
Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with planning tools (Anaplan, Adaptive, Mosaic, Workday, etc.) a plus
Excellent communication skills and executive presence paired with business judgment
Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth, or ambiguous environments
