ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ENGINEERING Intern

Responsibilities
Conceive and refine testing documentation for electro-mechanical systems
Understand functions of products and how they interact with each other
Ability to learn relevant regulations and codes for the markets we serve
Communicate design intent to manufacturing teams internal and external
Execute Engineering prototype build
Other duties as necessary
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering
Able to synthesize a solution when design inputs are vague or incomplete
Comfortable in multi-tasking situations
Selfless, can-do attitude. Willing to Learn
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States immediately, without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future
Preferred
Experience with 3D CAD software packages (Creo & Creo Schematics utilized)
Familiarity with marine and/or RV products in professional or recreational environment
Familiarity with ABYC requirements
Experience with new product introduction cycles
Shop/Bench fabrication and/or assembly skills
Basic wiring skills and experience with wiring
Knowledge of Komax products is a plus
