Responsibilities

Provides mid-level Human Resources support, including benefits counseling, processing HR actions, and assisting with new hire orientation and separation processing
Responds to HR inquiries and helps maintain HR records and systems
May serve as Telework/Remote Work Coordinator or Wellness Program Administrator

Qualification

Required

Strong knowledge of federal HR policies and benefits programs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to interpret and apply HR regulations

Relevant professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI-PHR)
