Responsibilities
Works alongside configuration technicians to configure deployment orders
Supports all Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) depot related processes, including receiving, inspect & clean, and inventory management
Unboxes and re-boxes configuration orders
Participates in general departmental cleanliness efforts
Provides onsite field support as needed for projects at customer location
Qualification
Required
Ability to pursue a professional growth path aligned with corporate and departmental initiatives
Solid Communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to travel to customer locations for project assistance
Preferred
CompTia A+, Microsoft MCP/MTA or equivalent certifications
Microsoft Office skills
Associate level degree
