Responsibilities
Serve as a key member of our market leadership team, providing strategic direction and clinical oversight
Offer hands-on support to clinics, driving quality improvement and ensuring appropriate patient utilization
Foster collaboration and alignment between medical operations and organizational goals
Champion initiatives to enhance patient engagement and improve health outcomes through innovative leadership
Uphold high standards of pediatric care through best practices and continuous improvement
Support market growth, provider recruitment, and specialty service integration
Partner on hiring decisions, onboarding, mentorship, and professional growth initiatives
Enhance engagement, monitor performance, and cultivate a collaborative culture
Ensure adherence to state and federal healthcare regulations
Drive value-based initiatives and financial sustainability
Represent Zarminali in partnerships, policy advocacy, and patient-centered care efforts
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership experience as a Medical Director, CMO, or similar role
Strong clinical and analytical expertise in evidence-based medicine and data-driven decision-making
Experience leading quality improvement, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and utilization management initiatives
Proficiency in healthcare information systems, EHRs, and data analytics tools
Success in clinician recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and fostering a collaborative culture
Medical Degree (MD or DO) with an active, unrestricted license; board certification in General Pediatrics
Ability to align clinical operations with value-based care, population health strategies, and financial sustainability
Strategic mindset with strong operational management skills and the flexibility to travel as needed
