Conducting interviews, recommending products, closing sales, and using our Family Security Selling system
Continuously prospecting for sales opportunities
Collecting premiums from policyholders, based on a pre-arranged schedule
Responding promptly to policyholders service request such as beneficiary changes, claims, loans, etc
Keeping records, accounting for money collected and processing paperwork

Required

Work with integrity and a goal-oriented mindset without close supervision
Increase the agency size each year
Express themselves effectively to build good working relationships with customers
Be available to work 40 to 50 hours per week
Be available to work after 5pm
Acquire a state-issued insurance license
Commit to ongoing development of knowledge and skills
