Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain Python-based software tools
Support applications related to utility and power systems operations
Work with VSAT/TSAT-related data, systems, or integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to internal standards
Qualification
Required
3–4+ years of professional software development experience
Industry experience in Power, Utilities, or Energy systems
Hands-on experience with VSAT / TSAT systems
Strong proficiency in Python
Experience developing Python-based tools and applications
Preferred
Experience with Tkinter for GUI-based Python tool development
Ability to enhance, maintain, and optimize existing internal tools
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Experience collaborating with engineering and operational teams in a utility environment
