Responsibilities

Provide onsite deskside, endpoint, and shared-space support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and A/V systems
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and support operating systems including Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms
Support enterprise productivity tools including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Gmail, printers, and network connectivity
Utilize endpoint management and identity tools including JAMF, SCCM, Active Directory, and Group Policy
Support meetings and campus events including A/V setup, video conferencing (Zoom, Skype), and event scheduling systems
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues while documenting root cause and resolution
Partner with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to escalate complex issues and coordinate outage communications
Maintain technical documentation, asset inventories, and user-facing instructional materials
Provide support to users both in person and remotely via phone, email, and remote access tools
Deliver a high level of customer service while building trusted relationships with faculty, staff, and campus partners
Perform additional duties as assigned

Required
