The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering telephones, and directing calls while maintaining a professional image and providing clerical support.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming and direct incoming calls
Working evening and weekend hours
Greet and direct visitors and family members
Maintain current patient listing to be able to direct visitors and phone calls
Data entry for referrals and new admissions
Assisting with the new hire process
Provide clerical support for the Administrator and other staff, as directed
Qualification
Required
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Typing proficiency of 50-60 words per minute
Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions, (word processing, graphics, databases, spreadsheets, etc.)
Flexible hours
Able to project a professional image
Strong organizational and analytical skills; oral and written communication skills
