Senior LevelSaransh Inc is seeking a Senior Teamcenter Functional Analyst to lead the digital transformation of their product lifecycle processes. The role involves serving as the primary subject matter expert, translating complex business requirements into scalable Teamcenter solutions and guiding the configuration of Teamcenter modules.

Responsibilities
Requirement Orchestration: Lead workshops with global stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
System Design: Map business processes to Teamcenter standard capabilities (OOTB) to minimize custom code and ensure long-term maintainability
Solution Architecture: Guide the configuration of Teamcenter modules including BMIDE (Business Modeler IDE), Workflow Designer, and Access Manager
Cross-Functional Integration: Oversee integrations between Teamcenter and CAD tools (NX, Catia, SolidWorks) or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
Strategic Roadmap: Advise leadership on upgrades (e.g., migrating from Teamcenter 14 to Teamcenter X/Cloud) and the adoption of new modules
Mentorship: Lead a team of junior analysts and developers, providing guidance on best practices and quality assurance
Qualification
Required
Deep knowledge of Teamcenter architecture (4-tier and 2-tier) and Active Workspace (AW)
Proven experience in Change Management, Document Management, Structure Manager (BOM), and Classification
Advanced skills in BMIDE (Data Modeling), Workflow development, and Query Builder
Experience with Teamcenter Reporting and Analytics (TcRA)
Familiarity with CMII (Configuration Management) or APQP processes
