Chief Financial Officer
Confidential company is a complex, multi-site global manufacturing organization, and they are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive leadership team. The CFO will provide leadership across financial strategy, performance management, and governance while serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board.

Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board, contributing to corporate strategy, long-range planning, and enterprise transformation
Must have experience leading finance function of a multi-national business with at least $1B in revenue that is publicly listed or a division of a publicly listed company. Either as a CFO or reporting to a CFO
Multi-national manufacturing experience is required
Extensive experience preparing and delivering presentations to board and investor community
Lead all financial operations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, tax, audit, and external reporting
Oversee internal controls, governance, and compliance, including Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
Drive financial performance, cost optimization, and operational effectiveness in partnership with business unit leaders
Manage capital structure, cash flow, debt facilities, banking relationships, and capital-raising activities
Lead investor relations and serve as the primary financial interface with investors and external stakeholders
Evaluate and support strategic initiatives, including acquisitions, alliances, and investments
Build, develop, and lead a high-performing global finance organization, ensuring strong analytics, decision support, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
10–15 years of progressive finance leadership experience in a public or public-company-owned manufacturing environment, including senior executive responsibility
Experience leading the finance function of a complex, multinational organization with $1B+ in revenue
Strong board-level and investor communication experience with executive presence
Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build trust across executive leadership and stakeholders
Deep business acumen with the ability to balance hands-on financial management and long-term strategic leadership
Demonstrated experience supporting business transformations in fast-paced environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial topics for non-financial audiences
