Responsibilities
Source and interview candidates within your technical market
Learn hiring needs directly from clients and recommend qualified talent
Manage outreach, interviews, offers, and placements end to end
Track performance metrics to improve weekly output and consistency
Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients
Work closely with your team and participate in regular office training sessions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven achievement in academics, athletics, work, or personal goals
Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with new people
Interest in B2B sales, targets, and performance-based work
Competitive mindset with the ability to stay consistent
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment
