Support multiple limited partnership audits
Prepare and assist with fixed asset, prepaid, and accrual schedules
Work extensively in Excel workbooks and audit support schedules
Provide hands-on support to the accounting team during a high-volume, fast-paced period
Qualification
Required
Staff- or Senior-level accounting experience
Strong real estate / property accounting background
Preferred
Experience with affordable housing limited partnerships
Comfortable working in an evolving environment with limited processes and controls
Adaptable, collaborative, and willing to jump in where support is needed
