Responsibilities
Inspect and troubleshoot returned products for warranty assessment, with guidance from senior technicians
Repair and rebuild products in accordance with company standards and documented procedures
Communicate repair findings and warranty decisions clearly and professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams via phone and email
Support daily service shop operations in coordination with service personnel, product teams, and engineering
Maintain accurate, clear, and well-organized service records, including documentation and order entries
Adhere to all safety requirements and contribute to a clean, organized workspace
Qualification
Required
Basic knowledge of DC and AC electrical systems, hydraulics, and troubleshooting principles
Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on repair experience
Basic computer proficiency (email, documentation, order processing)
High attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
Willingness to learn and expand technical capabilities
