Responsibilities
Providing ACAT (deliver and Receive) process support to all ••• Branches, Digital Direct Client Service and Stockplan groups
Answering inquiries via case/phone
Interaction (phone/email) with other broker dealer firms
Provide support to outsourced vendor
Escalate any issues accordingly
Participation in team meetings to share best practices, understand volume trends, contribute to solutions
