Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continuously refresh US Strategy
Design and monitor the execution of strategic initiatives with Business Line LT
Collaborating across Drive Products division globally to ensure alignment, efficiency, and effectiveness of Local Division US Strategy
Accelerate the Business Line strategy through M&A. Manage the full M&A lifecycle - pipeline generation, outreach, target development, deal execution, and integration with support from relevant BL and global teams
Build partnerships with US industrial start-ups and venture capital
Support management in evaluating opportunities and leading special projects
Qualification
Required
10 years' experience developing and executing business strategies in the electrification or automation industry
Deep understanding of market needs, growth segments, value proposition development and operations
Bachelor's or Master's in a technical or financial field
Entrepreneurial, assertive, and influential across all levels
Strong strategic, communication, and collaboration skills
Agile and adaptable in various settings and cultures
