Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including:
Direct-to-owner relationships
Engineers and consultants
Hospitality and commercial property groups
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and industry partners
Attend company networking and industry events as required (may include evenings or weekends)
Travel as needed to support business development efforts
Maintain consistent follow-up with existing clients to ensure continued engagement
Assist the estimating team with building measurements as required
Support preparation of presentations for project interviews
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to strengthen market presence
Qualification
Required
Industry-specific sales experience
Strong ability to build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract execution and post-award engagement
Strong written and verbal communication skills (phone, email, and in person)
Alignment with company core values and professional standards
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office products
Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction documents for bid proposals
Preferred
3–5 years of experience in commercial restoration or waterproofing
Proven track record of successful sales in a technical or construction-related environment
