Responsibilities
Proven ability to define and execute enterprise BI&R strategy aligned with Finance and Engagement Management vision
Strong experience in designing business architecture for BI&R across Finance and Engagement Management domains
Ability to map KPIs, reporting hierarchies, and analytics requirements to technical solutions
Familiarity with integrating SAP BI tools with external platforms (e.g., Databricks, Azure, or similar)
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks for professional services firms
Experience with SAP Activate, Agile delivery, and PI planning cycles

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud reporting capabilities
SAP Datasphere for data integration and semantic modeling
SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for dashboards, planning, and predictive analytics

Ability to map KPIs, reporting hierarchies, and analytics requirements to technical solutions
