Responsibilities

Direct the strategic allocation of clinicians across multiple states, ensuring efficient surgical schedules and appropriate facility coverage

Monitor and manage labor costs, including PRN staffing and premium labor (locums). Coordinate PTO/time-off scheduling to maximize workforce utilization while maintaining high care quality

Develop and implement coverage grids based on surgical volume forecasts, balancing clinical needs, clinician satisfaction, and financial goals

Partner with Recruiting and HR teams to design and execute clinician acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
