Senior HR Manager
Pernini Legal LLC is seeking a Senior HR Manager for a client located in the Holland, Michigan area. This strategic leadership role will support large-scale manufacturing operations across North America by partnering closely with operations leadership to drive workforce effectiveness and consistent HR practices.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners and HR leaders
Serve as a strategic HR partner to manufacturing and operations leadership
Design and implement HR strategies aligned with operational and business goals
Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employment practices
Drive consistency and standardization of HR processes across multiple locations
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Ensure compliance with employment laws and mitigate organizational risk
Champion a culture of inclusion, engagement, and continuous improvement
Lead and manage regional HR initiatives and cross-functional projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of progressive HR experience
3+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience
Strong business acumen with experience supporting manufacturing or operations teams
Ability to influence leaders and translate business needs into people strategies
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Ability to work onsite in Holland, Michigan (no relocation assistance provided)
Willing to travel up to 25% to visit other plants
