Creates social media graphics and templates
Develops motion graphics for short-form video
Designs YouTube thumbnails and channel visuals

Produces digital brand assets with SaaS-level clarity and sophistication
Qualification
Required
Strong typography and layout (this matters a lot to us)
Clean, modern, SaaS-style design sensibility
Decks, brand systems, or marketing visuals that feel elevated and intentional
Social or digital work designed for real platforms (not just concept art)
Motion graphics or video elements (even simple ones)
Evidence of taste, clarity, and consistency (not just tool proficiency)
Portfolios that show brand thinking, not just isolated graphics, will stand out
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects preferred)
Canva (advanced layouts, templates, brand kits)
Motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Strong typography and typesetting skills
Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflows
Platform awareness: LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit
