Responsibilities
You will build and lead a team of product managers focused on product development for Adyen Uplift, both on your specific areas and with a strong focus on cross-module synergies across the full Adyen Uplift scope
You will be responsible for formulating, challenging, leading and executing on a strategic vision for customer value demonstration, success measurement and payment funnel optimization across customers’ most important KPIs
You will work across Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, UX, Product teams and closely collaborate with commercial teams such as Sales/AMs, Product Marketing and Pricing
Qualification
Required
12+ years in product management
3+ years of management experience
Experience in launching and evolving multiple successful products at scale across every stage of the product lifecycle
Ability to autonomously deliver impact by leading and leveraging a portfolio of product managers across product areas
Proven ability to formulate and translate customer-centric strategy into tangible value
Ability to balance short-term delivery with short and long term impact in mind
Ability to create a multiplier effect by connecting with other leaders on opportunities and scaling impactful ways of working
Ability to guide a cross-functional (stakeholder) team with the right questions to answer and turn those answers into business value
Ability to leverage analytics to drive product decisions
Ability to navigate technical challenges and understand the opportunities and limitations of technical/data decisions
Skilled at operating in a diverse, ever-growing, global company
Ability to collaborate and integrate with other teams across many disciplines
Quick learner with a 'launch fast and iterate' approach to tackling problems
Ability to act as a mentor and help guide talent to make optimal decisions
Team-first mentality, valuing team and company success over ego
Experience in one or more of the following areas: Big Data / Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence AND Payments / e-commerce
