Responsibilities

Identify work areas that can be delivered using vendors and build appropriate delivery models and solutions
Lead the contracting process, including liaison with legal and procurement functions and transform agreements into a critical enabler that drives business performance, incentivizes innovation, optimizes cost and reduces risk
Develop relationships with key strategic partners engaging at executive levels towards building 360 degree partnerships that drive strategic initiatives and co-creation of innovative solutions
Manage a team of skilled vendor solution consultants that perform various vendor functions listed above. Coach, mentor, guide and provide escalation support to the team across all listed functions
Develop governance, reporting across all risk exposure areas and develop mitigation strategies for gap areas

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
15 years of experience in vendor operations and vendor service delivery in IT extended workforce, procurement
5 years of experience in people management

Preferred

Experience in multi vendor operations management for scaled operations and vendor relationship management
Experience engaging with vendor account leader
Understanding of service agreements, statements of work for outsourced operations
Ability to influence and engage with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage a budget and expertise in driving cost optimization
