Lead the overall business strategy, performance, and execution of a large‑scale data warehousing product line, including full P&L accountability
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and competitive differentiation through product innovation and operational excellence
Define and communicate product vision, multi‑year strategy, and roadmap for a complex, enterprise‑focused platform
Lead high‑performing global teams across product management, engineering, and customer support
Champion customer needs and market trends; guide decisions through data and customer insights
Oversee the full product lifecycle, including packaging, pricing, and go‑to‑market planning
Drive modern engineering practices, quality standards, and continuous process improvement
Collaborate with cross‑functional executive stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
Ensure customer support teams deliver exceptional customer experiences and rapid issue resolution
Represent the business internally and externally as a thought leader for the portfolio
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in software, data warehousing, analytics, or enterprise technology leadership
10+ years of senior‑level leadership, including oversight of product, engineering, or P&L‑driven business units
Demonstrated experience leading globally distributed teams across multiple functions
Strong understanding of data warehousing technologies, architectures, and market landscapes
Proven success launching and scaling enterprise technology products
Strong technical foundation combined with business acumen and strategic mindset
Expertise in Agile development and modern software engineering practices
Excellent executive communication, leadership, and organizational influence skills
Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑moving, complex environment requiring discretion and confidentiality
