New Grad, Entry LevelLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst for our client, a top-tier Bank. The ideal candidate will support various teams and be responsible for processing Buy In notices and executions for trade resolution while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
Processing of Buy In notices & executions for trade resolution related to 161, 671, Financing and Clearing, BofAS Prime Brokerage and Stock Loan
Daily interaction via email and phone calls with contra brokers, trade support teams, trading desks, branch offices, Financing and Clearing, BofAS Prime Brokerage clients, and other internal Operation areas
Mitigation of firm risk/exposure by ensuring proper Buy In notices are sent out to contra brokers via DTC SmartTracks application
Sending and receiving manual notifications via email as well as sending manual Buy In notifications to internal clients/traders who are short on stock record
Learning and adhering to FINRA, SEC and other Regulatory Buy In rules
Multi-tasking in a high volume, fast paced environment while meeting regulatory deadlines
Qualification
Required
Ability to escalate appropriately and obtain problem solving skills
Solid oral & written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a high volume/fast paced environment
Ability to learn and understand different Buy In functions relating to 161, 671, Financing and Clearing, Prime Brokerage and Stock Loan
Ability to learn and understand FINRA, SEC and other Regulatory Buy In Rules
