$26/hr - $29/hrHPAG is seeking a passionate and creative CAD Designer to join their multi-faceted Product Development Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing product designs for the offroad aftermarket, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products from concept to market.

Responsibilities
Design and develop vehicle components
Test components in real world scenarios
Identify and resolve engineering challenges, including troubleshooting product failures and implementing corrective actions
Create packaging designs and technical drawings for manufacturing
Maintain detailed documentation of product specifications, design changes, and testing results
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform design decisions and drive innovation
Manage quality control documentation and implementation with our QA partners and factories
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and marketing, to bring innovative products from concept to market
Qualification
Required
Extensive Solidworks experience
Knowledge and experience of sheet metal and tube assemblies and weldments
Design for manufacturing experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Teamwork and collaboration abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and be a team player to accomplish the company goals and adjust to rapidly changing priorities
Self-motivated, assertive, and responds to production metrics
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

Experience designing machined parts
Manufacturing/building/fabrication experience is a plus
