Responsibilities
Provide professional customer service, and satisfactorily answer customers questions and concerns
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
Perform callbacks requested by customers and members regarding concerns, services, and policies
Use all available resources to best assist customers and members
Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
Help to train new employees and inform them about the company's customer service policies
Assist customers with the goal of retaining memberships
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to take initiative, multitask and problem solve
Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
