Responsibilities
Operational Readiness & Scaling: Design and manage the end-to-end "repeatable pilot process" for new platform capabilities. Partner with HRBPs and Enterprise partners to define pilot populations, track success metrics, and ensure the platform remains an "audit-ready" environment
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Lead: Lead the operational testing lifecycle for monthly releases and major cycle launches. You will coordinate with cross-functional testers to validate that business logic (e.g., role-based access and delegation) performs as intended before reaching the broader associate population
Advanced Support & Ticket Orchestration: Serve as the Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex operational "tickets" (e.g., data reconciliation issues between the platform and Workday, accidental submission reversals). You will not just resolve tickets but analyze "support volume trends" to identify and prioritize product fixes or training gaps
Stakeholder & Risk Management: Maintain the team’s RAID trackers and risk registers. You will proactively identify operational bottlenecks in the performance cycle and partner with technical teams to ensure automated data shares and system integrations are functioning correctly
