10+ years expRS&H is seeking an experienced and motivated mid-career Aviation Consultant to help lead projects and drive strategic growth within our Aviation Market from Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will lead airport planning projects, support business development, and mentor junior staff while contributing to meaningful outcomes for airport clients nationwide.

Responsibilities
Lead airport planning projects, including master plans, on-call assignments, and specialized planning studies involving airfield, terminal, landside, and support facilities
Develop technical analyses, documentation, and presentations that clearly communicate planning concepts
Support business development through proposal development, client engagement, and maintaining strong relationships within the aviation community
Mentor junior staff through coaching, quality reviews, and technical guidance
Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions for our clients
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of the U.S. airport industry and established relationships within the airport or aviation consulting community
Demonstrated experience managing airport planning projects of varying scale and complexity
Bachelor's or master's degree in planning, Aviation Management, Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
10 or more years of relevant professional experience
Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, partners, and team members
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and GIS software
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines
Strong technical understanding of airport planning principles, FAA guidelines, and airfield/airport facility geometry
Preferred
Graphic layout skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, and/or GIS) are highly valued
AICP or AAAE CM certifications are a plus but not required
