Responsibilities
Provide deep knowledge of capital markets products (equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX)
Advice on market structures, trading workflows, and settlement processes
Stay updated on global regulations (MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, Basel III)
Collaborate with technology teams to design and implement trading and risk systems
Define functional requirements for capital markets platforms
Support integration of front-office, middle-office, and back-office systems
Ensure compliance with global regulatory frameworks
Assist in implementing risk management strategies for market, credit, and liquidity risks
Conduct impact analysis for regulatory changes
Analyze market data for pricing and risk modeling
Support development of dashboards and reporting tools
Validate data quality and integrity across systems
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Global Capital Markets domain
Provide deep knowledge of capital markets products (equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX)
Advice on market structures, trading workflows, and settlement processes

Experience with trading platforms (Bloomberg, Reuters, Calypso, Murex)
Knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory compliance
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Quick learner and passionate to learn new technologies/products
Participates as a team member and engages in teamwork within other applications in the portfolio
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Capability to approach problems as challenges and deal with them constructively while promoting this approach to other team members
