Program Manager - Gaithersburg High School
Identity, Inc is focused on serving Latino and historically underserved youth and families in high need areas of Montgomery County. The Program Manager is responsible for managing program implementation, budgets, and data evaluation while leading front-line staff and collaborating with community stakeholders to advance the organization's mission.

Responsibilities
Responsible for implementation, monitoring and related communication and contributes to program development
Manages program budgets and spending in consultation with the Senior Program Manager and contributes to the development of program budgets with the Senior Program Manager, the Program Director and the Director of Finance and Operations
Responsible for output, outcome and process data and monitors in consultation with the Senior Program Manager, the Program Director and the Director of Evaluation and Quality Control Has a clear understanding of and ensures compliance with administrative duties related to finance and human resources processes and procedures
Complies with grants and contracts including meeting output, outcome, budget and reporting requirements
Provides programmatic supervision for subcontractor staff and effectively coordinates with subcontractors providing services and ensures compliance with contractor processes for Human Resources and Finance and Operations Departments
Works with Senior Program Manager to provide input on proposal development and reporting, to attract, expand and sustain public and private resources to support existing and new programs
Stays abreast of community needs and recommends appropriate responses
Shares program and organizational learning with a range of internal and external stakeholders
Maintains and strengthens interagency relationships to benefit program clients and meet Identity’s strategic goals and priorities
Promotes organizational and team culture and cohesion, including modeling organizational values
Ensures the training and professional development needs of program staff are met
Attracts, develops, coaches, supervises and mentors, and retains high-performing front-line staff, empowering them to elevate their level of responsibility, initiative and performance
Works with Senior Program Manager to make recommendations for promotion, transfer and termination
Ensures program staff, contractors and volunteers are appropriately trained on and following Identity’s policies and procedures to minimize risk
Cultivates and nurtures relationships with supporters, allies and partners
Nurtures relationships with school and community stakeholders, and contract monitors

Experience in the implementation and continuous improvement of programs and services
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in an exceptionally dynamic, fast-paced environment
Track record of high performance and effectively implementing a variety of outcome-driven programs and services, preferably in a youth-serving organization
Experience using program and financial data to inform decisions and operations
Demonstrated experience working with a diverse team to accomplish high-quality results
Demonstrated initiative, mentorship, and accountability to strengthen team performance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to be an effective communicator, inspire, and provide exposure for Identity and its constituents, in a variety of professional settings
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in education, behavioral health, psychology, social work or related field
Familiarity with foundational models such as Positive Youth Development, Stages of Change and Social Emotional Learning
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic databases
