Support customers and field technicians by troubleshooting our machines
Use phone, video, and computer tools to diagnose and resolve technical issues
Learn how complex electro-mechanical systems operate
Travel onsite when needed to build real-world experience
Work closely with our collaborative, highly skilled technical team
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or equivalent technical training/experience
Mechanical curiosity and willingness to learn
Strong communication and customer-first mindset
Comfortable learning new software and diagnostic tools
Experience using hand tools
Exposure to mechanical, electrical, or technical coursework
Hands-on hobbies involving building or repair
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Willingness to travel up to 75% (U.S. & Canada)
