Responsibilities
Proactively provide QCI buyer teams with accurate Discrepant Material Report (DMR) records and status updates to support vendor credit requests for defective materials
Process all credit and debit notes received from QCI and vendors within SAP, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and corresponding DMR records are appropriately updated
Anticipate, identify, and resolve internal and external project issues, escalating when necessary
Collaborate cross-functionally with QCI, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to achieve and maintain customer satisfaction
Prepare, maintain, and distribute regular reports to QCI and management
Actively contribute to process, system, and quality improvement initiatives
Participate in internal and external meetings, including engagement with global teams; occasional after-hours meetings may be required
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of one (1) year of relevant business experience
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field required, or four (4) years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
Strong communication skills at all levels; demonstrated written, verbal, and presentation abilities required
Proven ability to assess situations, identify issues, and implement timely resolutions
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a professional and efficient manner
Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness and ability to travel as needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to stand, stoop, and bend as required
Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for prolonged periods, up to eight (8) hours per day
Preferred
Master's degree in business is preferred but not required
Experience in operations and/or customer-facing roles preferred
Ability to speak a second language preferred
Experience working with multicultural teams preferred
