Microsoft Sales Leader
CEI is seeking a Microsoft Sales Leader / Alliance Manager to lead their Microsoft Practice. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, building strategic alliances, and ensuring the successful delivery of Microsoft-related solutions and services.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers, leveraging Microsoft technologies and solutions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Microsoft representatives, partner, and customers
Drive sales growth by leading the sales team, setting sales targets, and implementing effective sales strategies
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and collateral to support the sales efforts
Build and maintain strategic alliances with Microsoft and other relevant technology partners
Negotiate partnership agreements, establish joint business plans, and drive mutual revenue growth
Coordinate with partners to ensure effective collaboration and alignment in delivering solutions and services
Stay up to date with Microsoft’s product and solution roadmap, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of Microsoft-related solutions and services
Provide technical expertise and guidance to support the pre-sales and post-sales processes
Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations
Monitor customer satisfaction and take necessary actions to address any issues or concerns
Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning
Provide training and enablement programs to enhance the team's technical and sales capabilities
Qualification
Required
Must have demonstrated experience selling technical solutions in the Microsoft ecosystem for 3+ years
Prior experience selling consulting services for 5+ years
Demonstrated ability to stay up to date on technology and business demands; able to communicate fluently with others on those topics
Strong understanding of the Microsoft product and solution and how that ecosystem drives business value for enterprise customers across the industry
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue objectives in complex solutions environment at Fortune 1000 and mid-market clients
Preferred
An Eastern US candidate is preferred
Some travel (20%) will be required
