Responsibilities
Drive cross-functional projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope, timelines, and budget are met; and identify and mitigate risks and issues, escalating as needed
Prepare and drive materials for major enterprise events and strategic reviews, ensuring leadership's vision is communicated effectively to a wide audience
Partner closely with internal committees to create a world-class associate experience through initiatives like standardized onboarding, interviewer calibration, and team engagement events
Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery and forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure commitments are met
Leverage problem-solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree or Military Experience
At least 4 years of experience in Project Management
Exhibit a proven track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work
Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills, essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
Display strong consulting and collaboration skills
Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
Preferred
Masters Degree
PMP Certification or PMI Certification or Process Management Certification
5+ years of experience in Project Management
3+ years of experience in Process Management
