Responsibilities
Train directly under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and supportive leadership
Learn and apply proven sales strategies through ongoing coaching and practice
Make and receive calls from warm leads generated through multiple referral sources
Master our CRM and loan origination systems to manage client pipelines efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers, agents, and referral partners
Participate in team meetings, sales contests, and incentive-driven performance programs
Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment that rewards effort, consistency, and results
Qualification
Required
No mortgage experience required — we provide full training
Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years of inside sales, service, military, or commission-based experience
Outgoing, competitive, and naturally strong with people
Excellent communication skills (phone, written, and in person)
Driven by financial rewards, career growth, and performance
Thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation, goal-oriented environments
Self-starter who can take initiative after training and work independently
