Responsibilities
Drive execution across data initiatives in a fast-moving investment environment
Own Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and maintain delivery discipline with heavy use of Jira
Remove blockers, manage priorities, and ensure consistent execution in a high-expectation environment
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in the buy-side, private equity, or investment banking
Solid understanding of financial instruments and how they support investment decision-making
Ability to step in immediately and understand the lay of the land
Experience managing Agile ceremonies
Experience managing backlogs
Maintaining delivery discipline with heavy, hands-on use of Jira
Deep familiarity with Jira for clear tracking, dependency management, and transparent reporting
Data project background with successful delivery of analytics, data platforms, or integration initiatives
Ability to work closely with engineering, data, and business stakeholders to remove blockers and manage priorities
Ability to ensure consistent execution in a high-expectation environment
Fully authorized to work in the US without any sponsorship/visa
