Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex programs spanning multiple teams and business functions
Drive modernization initiatives focused on process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency
Translate strategic objectives into actionable, well-structured program plans
Partner with senior leaders and executive stakeholders to align priorities and expectations
Facilitate collaboration across technical, operational, and business teams
Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes clearly to leadership audiences
Establish and promote standardized program and project management practices
Ensure consistent use of charters, schedules, risk logs, and reporting artifacts
Maintain alignment with governance, compliance, and data/security standards
Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives
Track key performance metrics such as delivery timelines, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction
Proactively identify issues and implement corrective actions to keep programs on track
Provide guidance and oversight to project managers and supporting team members
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and execution excellence
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in IT Program Management or Enterprise Project Management
Proven success managing large, multi-year initiatives with significant budgets
Strong experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into business-focused language
Hands-on experience with program governance, PMO standards, and executive reporting
Ability to manage competing priorities in complex, evolving environments
Preferred
Experience with process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
Familiarity with AI-enabled tools or intelligent automation platforms
Experience using tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Power BI, or similar
Background supporting enterprise shared services, operations, or large internal organizations
Strong data-driven reporting and KPI development skills
