Reporting Specialist

The role involves preparing progress reports, validating data, and maintaining documentation to ensure transparency and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly program progress reports, weekly status updates, dashboard summaries, and ad hoc reporting packages
Collect, organize, and validate data from project managers, discipline leads, and field teams to support consistent reporting
Compile narrative updates, photos, milestones, and key accomplishments for inclusion in recurring reporting deliverables
Assist in reviewing contractor schedules and related documentation strictly for reporting purposes (not analysis or controls support)
Maintain reporting logs, trackers, and source documentation to support transparency and audit readiness
Prepare contractor performance summaries and other reporting inputs
Research project documentation, plan sets, and meeting notes to identify relevant milestones, activities, or updates for reporting
Maintain SharePoint folders and reporting repositories to support quick access to data and consistent document organization
Coordinate with the Program Controls Manager to align reporting products with program standards, templates, and expectations
Produce clear, well-structured, visually consistent reports in line with Port Authority and program branding requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business with 4+ years related experience
Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear narrative updates
Demonstrated experience producing recurring reports in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams
Employees assigned to driving duties must have a current, valid US State driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with Keville's driving policy
OSHA 10 certification is a condition of employment
Background checks required. Pre-employment (post-offer)

Preferred

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools
Familiarity with aviation, transportation, or civil infrastructure programs
Experience with the Port Authority of NY & NJ
