Support trial preparation, including exhibit preparation, witness files, deposition coordination, and trial binders
Conduct Bluebook cite-checking and assist with proofreading and formatting of briefs and filings
Utilize Relativity and other eDiscovery platforms to manage large-scale document reviews, productions, and data analysis
Assist attorneys with drafting and filing pleadings, including initial pleadings, motions to compel, mediation summaries, and other case-related filings
Manage and maintain case files, dockets, and deadlines to ensure compliance with court rules and scheduling orders
Coordinate with attorneys, clients, vendors, and opposing counsel regarding discovery, scheduling, and case logistics
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5-10+ years of litigation experience in a law firm environment
Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required
Support trial preparation, including exhibit preparation, witness files, deposition coordination, and trial binders
