Responsibilities
Assist in drafting design materials such as emails, flyers, posters, reports, and digital assets
Draft written content for external audiences, including donor and healthcare stakeholders
Evaluate how content is managed and published using marketing and communications software
Assist with communications related to individual giving campaigns
Assist in maintaining organized records and contact lists
Document learning reflections on a regular basis
Collaborate with mentors and staff across departments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree completed within the last 24 months in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
Strong interest in nonprofit communications, fundraising, and health equity
Demonstrated writing and creative skills
Familiarity with digital tools such as Canva and email marketing platforms
Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content
Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and participate in mentorship
Interest in Binaytara's mission to reduce cancer health disparities
Prior experience through coursework, internships, or volunteer roles is helpful but not required
