Responsibilities
Directly manage HSM's program participation reporting process which involves maintaining current customer reports, support of onboarding new customers and troubleshooting report or system errors
Support and collaborate on HSM's Incentive Management process, including revenue (fee) calculations, validation against supplier payments, and supplier invoicing
Support in auditing data quality of incoming spend to ensure completeness and accuracy, measuring standardized metrics and engaging with suppliers when adjustments are needed
Directly manage the onboarding of newly contracted suppliers to HSM's reporting process, ensuring the correct suppliers are identified and that external users understand reporting guidelines and expectations
Be the primary contact for ad hoc and strategic reporting needs, partnering with internal stakeholders for support on spend data collection and analytics for small and large scope projects
Qualification
Required
Two (2) years of Procurement, Business Intelligence/Data Analytics, or Revenue Management experience
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Hybrid work schedule from McLean, VA
Preferred
BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics or Revenue Management
Four (4) years of Procurement or Supply Management experience
Two (2) years of experience in business intelligence and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI or SQL
