Identifies and solution gaps between application systems and the business
Define technical requirements to deliver consistent technology projects and results
Manage small teams and allocate resources for projects
Work with management to set tactical plans and meet strategic objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or similar discipline
4+ years Business Systems Analyst experience in a retail banking, or banking/ financial services environment
1+ years Supervisor or Manager level Experience
Proficient in Java, C/C++, Visual Studio, HTML/JS, and/ or RDBMS, SQL
Knowledge of SDLC, integration, data flows, technical requirements elicitation
Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills
Preferred
Preferred experience with Branch banking applications (Eg. ARGO, ATM/ITM) – not required
