Responsibilities

Support day-to-day jobsite operations, including site logistics, field coordination, and schedule execution
Assist with oversight of self-perform labor and subcontractor activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements
Help maintain short-interval planning, including three-week look-ahead schedules
Coordinate material, equipment, and delivery logistics to align with construction sequencing
Actively promote jobsite safety and quality expectations through field presence and enforcement of established procedures
Identify safety hazards and compliance issues and assist with implementation of corrective actions
Complete Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and participate in safety planning activities
Review installed work to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and manufacturer guidelines
Identify workmanship deficiencies and assist in tracking corrective actions to resolution
Participate in project meetings and assist with communication of field progress, schedule status, and coordination items
Complete daily reports, safety inspections, quality inspections, and required project documentation
Maintain accurate onsite records and documentation
Support change management processes and field-related documentation
Assist with punch list and closeout activities, including final inspections
Communicate regularly with project leadership regarding site progress, risks, and issues
