The role involves installing, assembling, maintaining, and troubleshooting control wiring systems while ensuring compliance with specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities
Install and assemble control wiring systems according to specifications and electrical schematics
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on control wiring systems to ensure optimal performance
Update and maintain wiring diagrams and schematics as required
Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to design and implement control systems for new projects
Work with QA/QC Technicians to test control wiring systems for functionality and compliance with specifications
Partner with the Controls Foreman to build and pick BOMs (Bills of Materials)
Assist with maintaining stock levels and consumable materials
Support the setup and layout of new shop space as needed
Maintain clean, organized shop, yard, and storage areas
Utilize prior experience to support the implementation of new policies and procedures
Follow all safety protocols and regulatory requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Ability to install and assemble control wiring systems using electrical schematics and specifications
Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations
Experience performing maintenance and troubleshooting on control wiring systems
Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, QA/QC, and production teams
Preferred
Electrical Technician, Electrical Technologist, or Electrician background
Electrical or Controls Engineering experience
Equivalent experience and qualifications will be considered
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
