Responsibilities
Establish baseline metrics for AI and automation initiatives across programs
Track and report incremental improvements, ROI, and mission impact
Develop clear, compelling communications that highlight value delivered
Maintain cross-team visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and accomplishments
Build dashboards, scorecards, or storytelling artifacts for leadership
Support internal communication strategies for AI adoption and awareness
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in value realization, business analysis, analytics, or communications
1–3 years of cross-team coordination or program support experience
Strong writing, visualization, and storytelling abilities
Ability to synthesize complex technical information into executive-ready messages
Active Secret clearance
Preferred
Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
Experience supporting AI/ML initiatives or federal transformation programs
Background in change management, strategic communications, or PMO support
