Responsibilities
Load/unload paper rolls, monitor/replenish supplies, and inspect rolls for defects
Assist with press setup, monitor operations for quality output, and troubleshoot minor issues
Conduct visual inspections and collaborate with the team to address print quality issues
Perform routine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow and address issues
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in printing or related field is a plus
Proven experience as a Press Roll Tender or similar role in a printing environment
Knowledge of printing press operations, paper handling, and basic troubleshooting
Ability to lift and carry heavy rolls of paper and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of press machinery
Adherence to safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
