Responsibilities
Execute buy/sell trade orders in client accounts invested in investment models and strategies with underlying investments in Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), Mutual Funds, US and global stocks
Execute model rebalancing orders of investment models managed by in-house portfolio managers and sourced form external money managers
Monitor market information proactively to facilitate in making sound trading decisions and providing investment team relevant news
Strive toward process improvement and operational efficiency within the entire trade life cycle from order generation, execution, settlement, to custodian
Coordinate with operations, compliance, client service, and IT department, as required
Prepare reports and handle projects, as assigned
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree in finance or related field
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing based on business needs; ability to function well in ambiguity and shift priorities quickly
Preferred
Minimum 2 years trading or related experience in utilizing algorithmic and block trading with a clear understanding best execution standards and practices
Understanding of market structure and regulatory environment, transaction cost analysis, commission budgeting, and settlement process
Strong proficiency using Orion Eclipse trading platform, Microsoft Excel, broker-sponsored trading algorithms, and leading OMS/EMS providers
